Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers about what QRBell Hotel does today. Where something isn’t available yet, we say so.

General
A hotel platform with a mobile guest page opened from each room’s QR code, and an operations panel where staff handle service requests, food orders, rooms, stays, menus and staff access.
Hotels, resorts, boutique hotels, hostels, guest houses and hotel chains. One organization can hold several properties. See Solutions for how it fits each.
Not today. QRBell Hotel does not connect to property management systems and does not process payments. Stays are managed inside QRBell Hotel, and food orders are settled the way your property already handles charges.
Pricing isn’t published on this site. Book a demo and we’ll discuss it for your property.
Guest QR experience
No. The room QR opens a page in the phone’s web browser. There is no download and no guest account.
Each room is linked to a QRBell QR code. Scanning it opens that room’s page, so every request arrives with the right room. Staff can see whether each link is verified, and can re-verify or revoke it.
A property can require a PIN for guest access. When the front desk checks a guest in, a 6-digit PIN is shown once for staff to give the guest. The guest enters it after scanning, so only the current occupant can use the room’s services. Properties can also choose open access instead.
Whatever your property has set up: call reception (when a reception intercom is configured), request services such as housekeeping or maintenance, order from your published menu, and follow the status of their requests and orders.
The guest’s session for that room ends. Sessions also expire, and staff can revoke one early from Stays & guests.
Setup and onboarding
Select Get Started, create an owner account and verify your email (or continue with Google), then enter your business and first property. The full sequence is on How It Works.
Your team does the setup in the operations panel: buildings, floors, rooms (which can be added in bulk), departments, services, menus, staff and room QR links. If you’d like help, book a demo.
Yes. Your organization can hold multiple properties, each with its own structure, services, menus and staff.
Staff and permissions
Requests appear in the Requests queue in real time, routed to the department that owns the service. Staff assign them, add notes and update their status. Each service can have a target time, and overdue requests are escalated.
Yes. There are four built-in roles — Organization admin, Property manager, Front desk and Staff — and access can be scoped to particular properties and departments. Permissions are checked on the server, not only hidden in the interface.
Planned Custom roles per organization are not available yet.
Invite them by email from the Staff screen and choose their role. They create their own QRBell account to accept the invitation, so you never handle their passwords.
Account and security
With their QRBell account: email and password, a code sent to their mobile number, or Google. Password reset is available by email.
Yes. Each property has an audit log of staff actions, such as changes to requests, stays and settings.
No — not unless they’ve been given access to it. Staff are scoped to the properties they work at, and every request to the server checks that scope.
