1. Acceptance of terms
QRBell Hotel is provided by India Tax Info Private Limited (“QRBell”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing or using QRBell Hotel, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. The QRBell Terms & Conditions also apply to your QRBell account, QR codes and calling.
2. The service
QRBell Hotel provides room QR guest pages, service requests, menus and food orders, room and stay management, staff access controls, notifications, audit logs and related tools, as described on this website. Features described as planned or not yet available are not part of the service until they are released.
3. Accounts
- Hotel owners and staff sign in with a QRBell account, and must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.
- Organization admins are responsible for the staff they invite and the roles and access they assign.
- Tell us promptly at contact@qrbell.co.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Hotel responsibilities
- Keeping property, room, service, menu and price information accurate and up to date.
- Responding to guest requests and orders, and the services, food and charges provided to guests.
- Placing room QR codes correctly and managing stays, stay PINs and guest access.
- Informing guests about how their requests are handled, as required by applicable law.
5. Guest use
Guests may use a room page without creating an account. The services available, and how they are fulfilled, are decided by the hotel. Requests and orders sent from a room page are handled by the hotel, not by QRBell.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRBell Hotel for any unlawful purpose, and not to misuse or abuse the service — including attempting to access data you are not permitted to see, interfering with the service’s operation, or sending false or abusive requests.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Personal mobile numbers are not displayed to people who scan a QR code.
8. Fees
QRBell Hotel does not process guest payments; orders are settled the way your property already handles charges. Any fees for using QRBell Hotel are agreed with your organization — contact us for details.
9. Limitation of liability
QRBell Hotel is provided to support communication and operations between hotels and their guests. QRBell does not guarantee that requests will be fulfilled by a hotel, and does not guarantee protection against theft, damage or misuse of property. To the extent permitted by law, QRBell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to the service
QRBell may modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You may stop using QRBell Hotel at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
